Scallywags Pressure Washing ("we," "us") is a residential exterior cleaning business based in Hebron, Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, what we do with it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and perform work for you. That includes information you give us directly:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The property address where work would be performed
- The services you're interested in and any job details you share
- How you heard about us, if you tell us
- Photos of your property that you send us, or that we take while quoting or performing work
We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Our web host may keep standard server logs — the kind every website keeps — recording things like your browser type and which pages were requested. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, send you a quote or invoice, and follow up about the job. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request — if you'd rather we use only one of those, just say so.
We may use before-and-after photos of completed work in our gallery, on social media, and in advertising. We don't publish addresses, and we're happy to leave your property out entirely if you'd prefer — just tell us.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:
- Jobber — our scheduling, quoting, and invoicing software. Your contact details, property address, and job information are stored there so we can quote the work, book it, and bill it.
- Our email provider — for the messages we exchange with you about your quote and your job.
- Our web host — which serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, or to remove photos of your property from our marketing. Email scallywagshomeservices@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
