Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast grime off tough surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill algae and mildew on siding, stucco, and roofs without damaging paint or finishes. Putting high pressure on siding is how homeowners end up with stripped paint and water behind the walls.

Most driveway or house washing jobs take 2–4 hours depending on size and buildup. Gutter cleaning usually runs about an hour. Roof washing takes 2–3 hours. Holiday lighting is scheduled separately and depends on the size of your roofline.

Light rain usually isn't a problem — we're already making things wet. Heavy rain, high wind, or freezing temperatures mean we reschedule, and you'll hear from us first thing rather than after waiting around. Rescheduling for weather never costs you anything.
